We had a great New Year experience at this hotel. the hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and shops, which was convenient. the spacious and luxurious property was well-furnished and clean. the friendly host provided everything we needed, including shampoo. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden, which was a great place to relax.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was very close to the Newlands forest which made it perfect for walking my dog. The hotel facilities were great, and I appreciated the fact that everything was super clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the parking was convenient. It was also within walking distance of Constantia Village Shopping Mall & restaurants, which was very convenient for meals and shopping.

The location is perfect for dog owners, with the beautiful Newlands forest just a short walk away. the shopping mall and restaurants are also within walking distance, making it so convenient. the luxurious beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the rooms were impeccably clean. the friendly hostess, Jackie, provided everything we needed and offered great suggestions for places to visit. the attractive pool and stunning gardens just added to the beauty of the stay.

Parking was a bit inconvenient without a remote to easily access the garage.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the pleasant weather and the availability of a clean and luxurious pool to cool off. The location was central, near shopping malls and restaurants. the hostess was friendly and offered us recommendations of beautiful places to visit.

There was no easy parking for our car and the hot water pressure to the kitchen sink was low. However, this did not detract too much from our enjoyable stay.
